I'm sure it's a wise if you learn each clan before decide which clan that suit with you.
I can say about that clan are..
* Beggars' Clan highest Ext. Atk but not good in speed attack
* Shao-Lin Clan highest vitality but seems very slow, u need a lot experience to make it faster
* Wu-Tang Clan highest Int. Atk
* Ming-cult as I know in game, have good vitality
* Tang Clan have best accuracy and critical strike
* Tienshan clan have best dodge
* O-mei clan have a good balance Ext. and Int. plus have skill to heal
